Terms & Conditions – Piece Hall Apartment

1. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your arrival.

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer.

  • Your booking is only confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a confirmation email.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel more than 14 days before check-in, your deposit will be refunded minus a £25 admin fee.

  • If you cancel between 7–14 days before check-in, 50% of your total booking amount will be charged.

  • If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

  • No-shows are charged the full amount.

3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of £200 may be required and held against any damages or breaches of house rules. This will be refunded within 5 working days of check-out, provided no issues are reported.

4. House Rules

  • No smoking

  • No pets

  • No parties or events

  • Only the guests listed in the booking may stay overnight

5. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3:00PM - 9:00PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in/late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability/fees​

​

6. Guest Responsibilities ​

  • Guests must keep the apartment secure and treat it with care.

  • Any damage, theft, or breaches of the house rules may result in loss of the security deposit and further charges.​

​

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where required by law.
