Terms & Conditions – Piece Hall Apartment

1. Booking & Payment Terms

A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your arrival.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer.

Your booking is only confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a confirmation email.

2. Cancellation Policy
-
If you cancel more than 14 days before check-in, your deposit will be refunded minus a £25 admin fee.
-
If you cancel between 7–14 days before check-in, 50% of your total booking amount will be charged.
-
If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the full booking amount is non-refundable.
-
No-shows are charged the full amount.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of £200 may be required and held against any damages or breaches of house rules. This will be refunded within 5 working days of check-out, provided no issues are reported.

4. House Rules
-
No smoking
-
No pets
-
No parties or events
-
Only the guests listed in the booking may stay overnight

5. Check-in & Check-out
-
Check-in: From 3:00PM - 9:00PM
-
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
-
Early check-in/late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability/fees​

6. Guest Responsibilities ​

Guests must keep the apartment secure and treat it with care.

Any damage, theft, or breaches of the house rules may result in loss of the security deposit and further charges.​
​
7. Liability
-
We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where required by law.
